Sold into slavery and his family destroyed by the Indian despot D. Ken Neramani, Korvus Rook'shir was eventually freed by D. Ken's successor, Lilandra and sent to Xavier's for training in his mutant gifts. From a student he became an RA and eventually an X-Man. Following M-Day, Korvus found himself emotionally adrift, until at last he returned to India, to see if any of his family had survived the rebuilding of the world.
